    Order Processing

    All merchandise is processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted. During sales, events, or busy seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

    Shipping

    We ship throughout the United States using reliable carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

    Once a package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues. Please contact the carrier directly for shipping claims.

    Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

    Returns & Exchanges

    Because our apparel features custom logo designs and limited inventory, all sales are final.

    We only accept returns or exchanges if:

    • The wrong item was sent

    • The item arrives damaged or defective

    If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will gladly make it right.

    We cannot accept returns due to:

    • Incorrect sizing

    • Change of mind

    • Normal wear or washing

    Sizing

    Our shirts are printed on Gildan brand apparel and follow standard unisex sizing. Fit may vary slightly by style. We recommend checking the size guide before ordering.

    Cancellations

    Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, orders may already be processed or printed and cannot be changed.

    Care Instructions

    To extend the life of your apparel:

    • Wash inside out in cold water

    • Tumble dry low or hang dry

    • Do not iron directly on design
