Cancellation Policy
The undersigned is fully aware of the inherent risks involved with horse activities of any kind. I assume the hazard of those risks and realize I am subject to injury from equestrian activities and that no form or amount of preplanning can remove all the danger. I hereby indemnify and agree to hold harmless and release and covenant not to sue STABLE, its owners, agents, employees, and operators stated above for any damage to persons, animals, or property whether real or personal and from any loss resulting there from, including attorney fees and court costs that arise out of or result from my use of horses or participation in other equestrian activities. This release and hold harmless includes, without limitation, any claims for negligence and any claims made pursuant to Arizona Code A.R.S. § 12-553 Additionally, I agree to comply with all the posted rules at Double K Breeding, LLC facility. Deposit will not be refunded
